Here is where you’ll find the day to day happenings of a New Jersey native/Orlando living creative working in the Marketing/Social Media Industry who has a serious love for all things trendy on the internet. Kind of like Emily in Paris except Laurie…. in Orlando.

Orlando might be my current home but my love for New Jersey/New York City runs deep. I’ve created this little corner of the internet to help feel connected to my loved ones, my friends, and my favorite things - fashion, books, and trash-talking the Florida spots that try to claim they’re authentically NYC/NJ.

Seriously though. You’ll find a round up of things I truly love, thoughts that needed to live somewhere, and a glimpse into what it’s actually like to have spent your whole life dedicated to working in the fashion industry…. only to be working in it as a hobby rather than a career now. I’m currently working as the overall marketing/social media manager across multiple organizations within the trades industry…. (yes, I know, that’s definitely not fashion)… but I absolutely love it, which is an even more wild concept if you ask me.

truthfully the most monday monday, you know what I mean? especially when counting down the days til NJ (17 as of now) and new apartment lease (23, but I won’t physically be there til the new year). 10/10 a girls date to see @gladiatormovie, a
Packing has been an emotional roller coaster which is on par for my life as of lately but I am eagerly awaiting a fresh start - but for now, this is a very subtle attempt at re-entering the social world a la a TikTok trend I’m obsessed with.
day 1 of November is full of new beginnings and new chapters…. and early voting, of course.

my mom still doesn’t understand what I do for a living and I send her photos like this just to make sure she knows I’m not lying about having a job 😂
treat people with kindness 🤍 the @pleasing pop up in @disneysprings was a super great experience and I can’t wait to order about a million things from their collection.
